Ahoy there, Melissa! Welcome aboard planDisney!
I see there are just a few months left until you and your crew make way into the big blue on your upcoming voyage. Ah, and not only is your itinerary close to Halloween, but it's also about as close as you can get to truly spending
Halloween on the High Seas! Nothing says spooky sailing like a bit of extra room decor - well until black cats are allowed aboard, that is! Unfortunately, we don't have a bearing for when these items will be offered (that's a nautical term for we can't be sure), so my best suggestion would be to stay on the lookout all the way up to the three days before your sail date over at
Onboard Gifts!
If for some reason this decor isn't offered, perhaps it's time for you to stand at your cauldron and conjure up a few spells of your own for your stateroom! If your luggage isn't already filled to bursting with costumes for Mickey's Mouse-querade, I definitely suggest making a bit of room for some festive garland or some magnetic decorations for your stateroom door - just be sure to leave your black flame candle at home...
Halloween on the High Seas sailings are my absolute favorites on the fleet, Melissa, so while we can't guarantee your crew will be able to get away without decorating a bit yourselves, you'll still be able to enjoy all the frightfully fun entertainment that awaits you aboard. Be sure to download your spellbook...uh, I mean, the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app before you sail so you'll be able to keep up-to-date on all the scheduled activities - and any surprises that may materialize, too!
Thank you so much for your question, Melissa, and if any others unearth themselves before you cast off, please send a message in a bottle my way here at planDisney!
Until then, be on the lookout for ghost ships and cursed pirates...
Andrew
