Our cruise leaves January 2015 and our 4 year old is obsessed with Frozen (just like every other girl). Will there be frozen characters on the ship?

    Ahoy, Michelle!

It sounds like your little girl is a fan of all things Frozen! It's amazing how the beloved sisters of Arendelle have captivated the hearts of so many young girls, boys, and even Disney Moms like myself. The (snow)storm of excitement started at Christmastime last year, and shows no sign of stopping anytime soon!

I truly hope your little princess will be able to meet her favorite royals when you sail in January, but I can't say for sure if Anna and Elsa will be aboard your particular sailing. That being said, chances are good that Disney Cruise Line will cater to the demand of its littlest cruisers and invite the snowy sisters onboard for an appearance! I've read recent cruise trip reports where sailings had ticketed Anna and Elsa meet and greets, to avoid long lines. You simply get a ticket with a scheduled time when you board, and you come back at your assigned time. What a fantastic way to make sure you don't waste one minute of time on your vacation. With all there is to see and do on a Disney Cruise, I appreciate every moment! Check with Guest Services once you board the ship to see if your cruise will feature this very special experience with Anna and Elsa.

At this time, there have been no official announcements made about which cruises Anna and Elsa will visit. I encourage you to follow Disney Cruise Line on their social media channels to stay up-to-date for news and announcements about Meet and Greet experiences. The Disney Cruise Line page on the Disney Parks Blog is a great source for the latest news, as well as DCL on Facebook and Twitter.

Now it's time to count down the days until you sail away with Captain Mickey!

    Happy Holidays! - Diane W.
