My cruise leaves on 2/1/15. Currently live in NY, however on 1/1/15 I will be moving to FL for the winter. When are the travel documents and luggage tags mailed out? I am concerned that if they are sent to NY I will not get them forwarded to FL in time.

    Ahoy, Julie!
Congratulations on booking a February getaway with Disney Cruise Line! I know you must be counting the days until you're sailing away with Captain Mickey and his crew.

What fun to be moving south for the winter, and to have a Disney Cruise to look forward to! You should expect your cruise documents and luggage tags to arrive two to three weeks prior to your sail date. If you booked through a travel agent, sometimes the documents will be mailed directly to them. Since you'll be arriving in Florida four weeks before your cruise, it's probably safe to have everything mailed to your Florida address.

I suggest calling Disney Cruise Line at (800)951-3532 to make sure they have the correct mailing address associated with your reservation. You can also double check with them about when to expect the documents to arrive.

I hope this helps with your planning and preparations for your winter voyage! Please let us know if you have further questions as you plan.

Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel with your question! - Diane W.
