Welcome back to planDisney, Kimberly! Since you booked a
placeholder, or onboard only offer, on your last cruise, that is a great sign that you had a magical Disney Cruise Line vacation.
While on your last cruise, you would have paid $250 for each placeholder. As a result, you will receive a 10% discount off the prevailing rate for a non-concierge stateroom. If you book a sailing that is 7-Nights or longer, you will receive a reduced deposit amount. This onboard offer can be applied to select sailings within 24 months of the purchase date.
You can view your placeholder online. After you sign into the
Disney Cruise Line website, visit the "Already Booked" tab, then My Reservations. You should see My Reservations-Future Cruise Placeholder on that page. You should have also received an email. If you are having issues locating the email or your placeholder on the website, you can
call Disney Cruise Line directly for help.
Kimberly, make sure to check out the list of block out dates on which you cannot use the placeholder. There are currently some listed for every ship except for the
Disney Adventure. If you have any other questions, come back to visit me and my
planDisney pals.
Happy Planning!
