    My cruise history doesn’t pull up, just says yeh number of sailings

    Thank you for being a Castaway Club member! Don't you love the feeling of being "home" when you board a Disney Cruise ship? I am sure we will all feel at home immediately on the new Disney Wish. I can't wait to sail on this beautiful ship real soon!

    With the updates to the Disney Cruise Line website, only the total number of cruises is showing, not the list of actual cruises with dates and stateroom numbers. I do not know if it will eventually show up again or if it will remain with just the total cruise number. The information is still available, but you will need to call or email Disney Cruise to get the detailed listing. Please note that call wait times are extended and even email response times are longer than normal. 

    Hopefully you are planning to cruise again real soon! If so, read through Know Before You Go so your boarding process will be smooth sailing with all the latest information. 

    Captains Mickey and Minnie can't wait to SEA you onboard!

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home.
