    We cruise, February 2024 on Disney dream. A our reservation is paid for in full. We are Gold travelers. Why can’t I purchased a Cruise Disneyband+ through my cruise reservation? The state room does not appear under my reservations. Thank you 😊

    Ahoy Tami!  It is almost time for your magical vacation aboard the Disney Dream.  

    I understand your frustration with not being able to purchase a DisneyBand+.  Since you are within the window of purchase prior to your sailing, I suggest you contact Disney Cruise Line to speak with a Cast Member at your earliest convenience to ensure this gets fixed prior to your sailing next month.  They will need your reservation number to ensure they are accessing the correct itinerary.

    Speaking from one Gold Castaway Club member to another, be sure to take advantage of those benefits.  I like to use the available discounts while shopping in Mickey's Mainsail or White Caps for a new ornament or t-shirt.
