we are going on Cruise February 7th 2015 and we have a daughter that's 13 years old and 6 months, would she be able to go to the Teen hang out area 14 to 17 years of age

    Ahoy, Earl!

Wow - it's only a few days until you cruise - you must be so excited! You're going to have such a magical vacation with your family.

If you'd like your daughter to be able to visit Vibe, the teen club, I encourage you to meet with the Youth Counselors on your first afternoon aboard. They'll be able to tell you more about the activities and happenings in the club, and what fun things they have planned for your cruise. My daughter was in the same predicament on our last cruise. She was just a month or two shy of turning fourteen when we sailed. All they needed was written permission from me for her to attend the club. They are very good about making sure every guest is comfortable, happy, and content during their sailing!

While I can't guarantee your daughter will be allowed to "age up" to the club, there's a good chance she will be able to, with your permission. If you decide that's the best fit for her - I've got my fingers crossed they can make it happen.

I hope you have a fabulous time on your Disney Cruise Line vacation! Bon Voyage! - Diane W.
