1st cruise ever! We are so excited to sail the Dream to Nassau & CC from and back to Pt, Canaveral! I'm a US resident with a current driver's license and certified birth certificate. I've read that "may" be ok for some cruises. Will that do?

    Hi Virginia!

I'm so excited to hear that it's your first cruise...and with Disney!!!  I'm warning you now...you're starting with the best and you'll be soooo spoiled!

I just got home (2 hours ago) from sailing with my family on the Disney Fantasy.  Adults ages 18 and over can use their certified birth certificates (with the raised seal) and a government issued photo id.   A Driver License for example.  Anyone under the age of 18 can travel with just their birth certificates.

The Disney Dream is truly magical.  I love that ship!  If you have any other questions, please let me know...I'm happy to help. Bon voyage Virginia!

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
