Ahoy Roderick!
Thanks for stopping by your friendly neighborhood planDisney panel again with this excellent question! My Spidey sense is telling me that this will be a “Homecoming” for you to sail again with Captain Mickey. Being able to travel "Far From Home" immersed in the Disney magic is my idea of a vacation, too. On the Disney Dream, you will find newly released Disney movies playing in the
Buena Vista Theatre.
I watched the
Spider-Man: No Way Home preview yesterday, and now I cannot wait to see this movie. Spider-Man AND Doctor Strange? EPIC! Fun fact: Tom Holland is the best Spider-Man ever! Ok, that may be my opinion, but it’s still the truth to me!
While I fully expect that
Spider-Man: No Way Home will grace the silver screen on the Disney Dream, I just have no way of knowing right now if it will be released before you disembark the ship or not. Since you will arrive back in Port Canaveral on the date of its box office release, it may or may not be scheduled to show in the Buena Vista Theatre that night.
To find out for certain the movies and showtimes during your sailing, you can use your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app while onboard. This app has a schedule of all the onboard activities offered, as well as
rotational dining menus and a cool chat feature!
You can always sling your web our way again with more planning questions. If you will reach back out to us in December just prior to your sailing, then I will likely be able to get you an answer to this question. Movie or not, I hope you have a wonderful time on your cruise!
