Hi again, Shawnee. Thank you for your excellent questions!
When my family dreams about going on a Disney Cruise, we imagine swimming in the pool, watching the Funnel Vision, and taking frequent ice cream breaks! We sailed last month on the
Disney Wonder and I had the same question as you. I'm happy to share that if the water temperature drops below 75 degrees Fahrenheit, the water will be heated. We found the pool to be comfortable for swimming, but we did appreciate having complimentary towels at the ready so we could wrap up when we got out.
Did you know that there is an adult-exclusive pool onboard? The
Quiet Cove Pool is the perfect place to relax when your kids are off and enjoying the youth spaces on the ship. You'll even find a hot tub to use if 75 degrees just doesn't sound quite warm enough! You don't have to swim to enjoy the Quiet Cove Pool. There are plush lounge chairs for relaxing and Crew Members to serve you.
It won't be long before you and your family start your vacation with a splash! If you'd like to experience the pool shortly after boarding, you may want to pack your swimsuits in your carry-on bag.
Have fun!
Adrianna
