Ahoy there, Frances! Thanks for sailing by planDisney with your question. It sounds like you’re already a fan of Disney Cruises like me, so I’m glad I get to help ensure all those trips are credited to your account.
The easiest way to do this is to
call or chat with a Disney Cruise Line representative. Cast Members are available by phone 7 days a week: Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time and then Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time. Make sure you have your reservation number ready to provide them so they can access your profile. From there, they can ensure all your cruises are associated with your account and check to see if you are on the correct Castaway Club tier. If you booked through a travel agent, you may also be able to go through them for this interaction.
With this being your third sailing, that earns you Silver Status as a
Castaway Club Member. This means that in addition to receiving a Welcome Back Aboard Gift in your stateroom, you can also book new itineraries at least one day before the general public and add cruise activities 90 days prior to sailing. You also get to select your port arrival time and complete online check-in 33 days before sailing, which is especially helpful if you want to have more options for choosing what time to arrive at the port (speaking of, some ports even offer an exclusive cruise terminal check-in for Castaway Club Members).
For easy reference, I wanted to share the link for your
Onboard Activities Booking so you don’t miss your favorite port adventures or adult-exclusive dining options. I hope this helps with your planning and gets you even more excited about your upcoming trip. Before you know it, you’ll be a Gold Member! If you have any other questions before then, please come back and visit us here at

Bon voyage,
Sami
