Welcome Aboard, Gale!
Congratulations on booking a fabulous Disney Cruise Line voyage to
Alaska! It's so important to have all of your travel documents in order when heading out to sail the high seas. Staying up-to-date on the latest news regarding passport requirements makes for a smooth transition from land to sea!
Here's the latest information regarding travel documentation when you cruise from Vancouver:
If you're traveling to or returning from Vancouver by air, all guests claiming U.S. citizenship (including children) must provide a valid U.S. Passport. U.S. Citizens traveling to Vancouver by land or sea will be allowed to present a valid state-issued Enhanced Driver's License. Guests under the age of 16 may present an original or copy of their state-issued birth certificate. Since your sail date is still more than a year away, I encourage you to stay informed about government regulations and policies which are always subject to (and highly likely to) change. You can read about current
Passport and Travel Documentation on
DisneyCruise.com, and also stay up-to-date by visiting travel.state.gov.
Please come back and visit us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel as your cruise date gets closer. We would love to help answer any further questions as you plan your magical vacation.
