    On the cruise app, one can purchase the Magic band. I’d like to see the designs before purchasing one. If I click the “purchase” button, does that mean I’ve purchased one and my account gets charged? Thank you!

    Purchasing a DisneyBand+ is a fantastic idea! It makes boarding the ship, accessing your stateroom, and paying for onboard items a breeze with just a tap. Plus, the fun light-up features add a bit of extra magic to your cruise.

    To purchase a DisneyBand+, open the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app and click on the purchase option. This will take you to the online order page. Scroll to the bottom and select "Get Started" to view the available bands. From there, you can customize your DisneyBand+ and complete your purchase. The band will be shipped to your house, linked to your Disney profile, and ready for your cruise. For the best experience, make sure your band is fully charged, as the lights and vibrations require a strong battery. 

    Any onboard purchases, including Port Adventures, adult-exclusive dining, and spa treatments, will be charged to your stateroom folio. However, pre-purchased bands and onboard gifts will be paid for at the time of purchase. If you haven’t entered your credit card information, you can rest assured that you haven’t yet been charged for these items.
