    Are the crowds really that bad during October. I always thought this was the slow season but now see it is peak. It is only weekends at epcot that get that way or is it everywhere all month. Trying to decide Sept, Oct or Dec but wanted to see the food

    Personally, I think October is a great time to visit Walt Disney World (anytime is a great time to visit!)

    Don't let the thought of potential crowds deter you from travelling.

    Base your travel dates on what you want to see and experience!  Once you are there experiencing the magic....the crowds won't matter!

    There are a lot of exciting things happening in October and in December.  Choose what you would like to see and then book your vacation around that.  

    The other benefit with October is that the weather is still warm!!

    Whichever you choose--have a magical time!!!
