Hey there, Leonard! Welcome back to planDisney! We’re glad you stopped by to bring us your question.
June at Magic Kingdom? Oh boy! Get ready for a magical mix of summer fun and a bit of that classic Disney hustle and bustle! Since many schools around the country will be out by then, and families are kicking off their summer vacations, you can definitely expect some extra pixie-dusted company in the parks. But as we say around these parts: Hakuna Matata; no worries! With a little planning and a lot of Disney magic, you can still have an unforgettable time!
My best advice? Rope drop is your best friend! That’s Disney lingo for arriving
before the park opens. Getting there early means you can enjoy some of the
most popular attractions before the crowds reach their midday peak. And if you’re more of a night owl, staying late is another great way to experience shorter wait times. Pair some good planning with the advantage of pre-booked
Lightning Lane Passes will also help you make the most of your magical day.
Since Florida loves a good afternoon rain shower in June, be sure to pack a poncho or plan for a break inside an air-conditioned attraction. And let’s not forget that summer heat. Hydration is key, so grab a complimentary cup of ice water at
any quick-service restaurant to keep cool. And make sure you pack a refillable water bottle to keep that ice water nice and cold.
At the end of the day, even a busy day at Magic Kingdom is still a day at Magic Kingdom. And that’s always something to celebrate! So soak up the magic, enjoy all the extra energy in the park, and have the most incredible time! And please do come back and see us for any additional planning questions or pixie-dusted tips.
See ya real soon,
Emille
