Hi moms! What's the crowd usually like nov 21-26? Leaving on the 26. I hear the beginning of the week is more manageable. That true? Is it better to start with MK or end with MK. I am planning 2days for MK. Thanks

    Hey Terry-

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I love the holidays at Walt Disney World Resort. Your family is going to have a wonderful time at the beginning of the week then continue the Thanksgiving celebration at home during the weekend.

Yes it is true that earlier in the week will be less busy but still very busy. Magic Kingdom Park will be busy all week. I would suggest visiting on Sunday and Tuesday of your trip. Those are very long days where the theme park opens at 8:00 a.m. and closes at midnight and there are no Extra Magic Hours. Extra Magic Hours, especially in the morning, encourage Walt Disney World Resort hotel Guests to enter the park before all other day Guests thus increasing the crowd levels.

Disney Dad Tip: If I was traveling that week I would set my itinerary as follows:

Saturday – Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park or Disney Springs
    Sunday – Magic Kingdom Park
    Monday – Disney’s Hollywood Studios
    Tuesday – Magic Kingdom Park
    Wednesday – Epcot
Thursday – Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park or Disney Springs

Terry, enjoy making many Magical Memories!
