Are Crocs the recommended shoe for year round? We are coming in November and want to make sure everyone is comfortable (cool yet warm enough, dry and blister free). I personally do not wear Crocs (DH will), so any suggestions for the mom, too?

The age old question of what type of shoes to wear to Walt Disney World. I think that Crocs would be a fine choice, although I do not personally wear them. I usually wear either a light weight pair of comfortable walking shoes and a pair of Sanuks. I know that there is a Sanuk store in Downtown Disney in Anaheim, California, but they are available at most shoe stores or store that sell sandals and flip flops. While I am not a huge fan of sandals or flip flips for lack of heel stability, I usually will pack a pair if the weather is particularly hot or humid and they do not take up too much space. It is really important to have comfortable shoes because you will be walking all day. I am happy to report that some of the stores at the parks sell shoes and other footwear that comfortable, reasonably priced and looks great. I bought my daughter a really pretty pair of shoes after her sandals became uncomfortable. Lastly, if your feet begin to hurt, there is First Aid conveniently located at the parks to assist. I hope this assist you and hope to see you at the parks real soon.
