How do I get a crib or pack-n-play for my baby to the room before arrival?

Welcome to the Disney Moms Panel, Kristy!

For your family’s comfort and convenience, complimentary Pack ‘n Play playards are available for Guests at all Disney Resort hotels. However, if you get into the room and find that your little one needs more space, larger cribs may be available as the Pack ’n Play’s are standard size.

To ensure your Disney Resort is ready for your arrival, be sure to request a complimentary Pack ‘n Play. You can do this under your reservation when booking online, but my wife and I ended up contacting Disney Guest Services by phone. You’ll provide them with your Disney Resort Confirmation Number and then just simply ask the Cast Member to add this request to your room reservation notes! If for whatever reason the Pack ’n Play is not in your room, don’t fret! Just call down to the front desk and a Cast Member will bring one for your little one!

As a fun fact, I recently noticed that the Disney themed bed sheet for the Pack ’n Play at Disney’s Riviera Resort was different than it was for us at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. :)
