Hi, RoxAnn!
Welcome to
planDisney. Thank you for stopping by to ask us this question about Disneyland Resort
theme park tickets.
I’m sorry if you had a change of plans that affected your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth, RoxAnn! Although
Disneyland Resort tickets are non-refundable and can’t be canceled once you’ve agreed to the terms and conditions of purchasing them during your transaction, you do have the option of making a new
theme park reservation for another visit with your unused ticket. Even if it reaches its expiration date, the price you paid for an unused theme park ticket can be applied as credit toward the purchase of a new ticket for a future trip at the current price. However, if you did use one or more days of a multi-day ticket for theme park entry, that ticket will expire 13 days after it was first used, even if you still have more days left. If you have additional questions or need assistance upgrading a ticket, you’re welcome to call (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member about the details of your specific situation.
I hope this information helps, RoxAnn, and that you can still make a pixie-dusted visit to the theme parks soon. Please send us any other
Disneyland Resort planning questions you may have!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
