    We have a credit of one day admission on file. It was valid for two years. The second year was up during closure due to Covid. How can we use them?

    Hi Elizabeth, 

    Welcome to planDisney, we appreciate you taking the time to send us your question.  I am happy to see you are planning on visiting Disneyland Resort, how exciting that you already have your Theme Park Admission! 

    Due to the temporary closure of Disneyland Resort last year most Theme Park Tickets have automatically had the expiration date extended to December 16, 2021.  If you have a Ticket Number in your file, I would suggest trying to link the number to your Disney Account.  From there, you will be able to make your Theme Park Reservation using that Theme Park Ticket.  Theme Park  Reservations are open through early October and are being released on a rolling basis, so if your preferred date isn't yet available, keep checking!

    If you don't have an actual Theme Park Ticket or Number, you will have to call Ticket Services and a Cast Member will be able to help with your admission.  Once your Theme Park Tickets have been properly linked to your Disney Account you will be able to make your Theme Park Reservations and head back to the Happiest Place on Earth!
