Can there be 2 credit cards linked to a room. Two different families.

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Robbi!

Welcome to planDisney! We are delighted you stopped by, and we are honored that you have chosen us to help you plan your upcoming Disney World vacation. It looks like you will be arriving in a few days...WOO HOO! Mickey and Minnie just told me they can't WAIT to see you real soon! I also love that you will be experiencing the MAGIC of Disney with friends! You all are going to have the BEST TIME EVER!

I just spoke with a very helpful Cast Member, and he informed me that only one credit card can be linked to each room. Since you have two families in a resort room, what you could do is go down to the front desk and ask for an itemized receipt at the end of your vacation.  You could also keep receipts for everything that is charged to your room. Either idea would allow you to keep up with charges throughout your vacation.

Have you taken advantage of pre-check-in at your Disney Resort? This will allow you and your friends to take care of everything that you would do with a Cast Member at the front desk for check-in. From here, all of you will be able to visit a Disney Theme Park and unlock your resort room with your My Disney Experience Mobile App when it is ready. It's so easy and will save you so much time!

I can't wait for you all to arrive at the "Most MAGICAL Place on Earth!" If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to help in any way!

    Have a TIGGER-ific day!
