    The credit card I used to pay r chase 4 day hopper plus was compromised and the credit card company cancelled the card. The confirmation states you need the card you used when placing order. What are my options to ensure a smooth pick up Sunday

    Welcome to planDisney! I'm so sorry to hear that you had your credit card compromised so close to your upcoming vacation at Walt Disney World. As a person who has had to face this multiple times, I feel your pain deeply. Let me see how I can help you swim smoothly through these troubled waters and to your Walt Disney World Vacation as skillfully as Ariel in her "tale-years."

    There are two solutions that I have come up with help from a friendly Cast Member. 

    1. After purchasing tickets to Walt Disney World, there is usually an email confirmation delivered to you with a ticket confirmation number or even a barcode. I searched through my emails and when I bought directly from Walt Disney World the subject line included " Walt Disney World Confirmation." When I have purchased from other sources I have also received emails with some kind of confirmation code. You can take that code and have it linked directly to your My Disney Experience account. Once your ticket is linked you can have the ticket now added to your smartphone via Magic Mobile. Just download the My Disney Experience Mobile App, click on the three stacked bars on the bottom right, and then select "Disney MagicMobile." You can choose a fun design and then add to your phone's "wallet." Now you can tap your phone to enter the Parks without need for a physical card. 

    2. If for some reason you need to go to Will Call or the Ticketing booth to pick up your tickets I have confirmed that if verification is needed they usually ask for two things: a valid photo ID and some way to verify the card used. According to the Cast Member I spoke with they may either ask you to produce the card used and if you don't have that they will ask for the 4 digits of the card. If you don't know or have either of these options then they can assist you by asking for other points of verification such as home address. 

    Don't let any of this darken the mood on your trip. I hope you find ways to have fun and make every magical memory. If you are looking for a good thrill that is not a crime why not save the day with some heroes on Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind? I feel like I talk about this ride all of the time but it truly is my favorite ride on property. I want to keep riding it over and over as each time a different song plays that transforms it into a different experience. It starts slow and then reverse launches you into the cosmic universe, through time and everywhere else. This ride is only experienced by grabbing a spot on the Virtual Queue or purchasing an Individual Lightning Lane entry. This is done through your My Disney Experience Mobile App so I ask that before you arrive you check it out so you can get familiar with it.
