    The credit card we used to buy our tickets online just got frauded so we closed the account. What do I do now when I get to Disney world because I cannot show this card because I destroyed it. Thanks, Goofy mom

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question! I’m sorry to hear that you’ve had trouble with your credit card account. I’ve been in the same situation as you before a visit to Walt Disney World Resort, so I understand how frustrating it can be. 

    The good news is that, if you needed to show that credit card in order to pick up Theme Park Tickets or other items purchased at Guest Relations, if you have the order number and photo identification that confirms you’re the one who placed the order, you should still be good to go. Please make sure that you do have a valid credit card on hand when you pick up your purchases and please make sure to associate a valid credit card with your My Disney Experience account.
