    Do I have to have a credit card in order to rent a hotel or can I use my debit

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Sergio! I think it’s awesome that you’re considering a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks for sending us your question.

    I have good news! You can absolutely use your debit card to book your stay at a Disney Resort hotel. You can also save that debit card to your My Disney Experience account to help you book dining reservations and cover other expenses during your magical visit. 

    Did you know that you can also use Disney Gift Cards to pay down Disney Resort hotel balances? You can call (407) 939-1936 to add a gift card to your room account before your visit, or present the gift card to the Cast Member at the front desk when you check in. I do this almost every time I visit with my family! 

    When you’re booking your stay, make sure to visit the Special Offers section of the Disney site. There might be a promotion that coincides with the dates of your stay, giving you some extra savings!
