I have a credit card linked to my magic band, but the charges showing on My Disney Experience app are for the main cardholder on the reservation. How do I check my charges?

    Hi Courtney!

I'm happy to help you with another question as you enjoy your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation! It sounds like you are using the My Disney Experience mobile app quite a bit during your trip. I love using the app during my trips because it's the perfect way to manage all of your vacation plans and keep track of your vacation itinerary. Plus, I love being able to check the current wait times for attractions throughout the theme parks!

One of the fantastic recent additions to the app is the ability to check the charges that have been made by your MagicBand to your room reservation. I was actually visiting Walt Disney World Resort with several other members of the Disney Parks Moms Panel just last week and we were in a similar situation where several of us linked our own credit cards to our individual MagicBands while we were all staying on the same Disney Resort hotel reservation. We discovered that the My Disney Experience mobile app will only display the account charges for the main reservation holder. In order to check the balance that you have charged using your MagicBand, simply head to the front desk of your Disney Resort hotel and ask them to get information about your individual MagicBand charges. In our experience, they were able to print a copy of each person's individual charges so we could keep track of our budget throughout our vacation.

Come back to see us if you have additional questions! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
