If my credit card info is put into my son's disney experience will my 18year old son need a separate card at check in? I want my card to be charged not his.

    Hi Gene! Welcome to planDisney!

I bet your son is very excited to visit the Walt Disney World Resort soon! It is the perfect vacation destination to kick off summer. I hope he has plans to visit the Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival during his trip. It is such a beautiful and tasty event!

It sounds like your son is staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel. If that is the case, you can complete Online Check-In and add the credit card that you want to be charged to the hotel account. This will also allow you to put in a PIN that will be used when your son uses his MagicBand to make purchases for a layer of security. Once Online Check-In is complete, your son will only need to visit the Front Desk if he needs to change the credit card on his account, or if he is visiting with others that will be using different credit cards (the Front Desk can designate different credit cards for each Guest). Otherwise, he should be good to go!

I hope this helps, Gene! Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello all! I'm a happily married, proud mom to two young children, and I love to plan trips to Walt Disney World Resort. One of my favorite things about taking a Disney Parks vacation is that there is always something new and wonderful to discover, no matter if this is your first trip or if you visit multiple times per year. I'm excited to help you plan your next adventure!
