Does my credit card gets charged when I make a reservation for chefs Mickey?

    Hi Margarita,

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  You will love dining at Chef Mickey's, every day is a celebration with Mickey and the Gang!

When making Advanced Dining Reservations, your credit card is used to guarantee your reservation, meaning that nothing will be charged at that point.  This is done for cancellation purposes, so if you do not make your reservation, a no show charge will be charged to your credit card for $10.00 per guest.  If you need to cancel your reservation, be sure to do so within the cancellation policy so that your credit card is not charged.  Most Dining Locations have a 24 hour cancellation policy, but I would recommend looking at your reservation as all important information including cancellation policies will be found there.  To cancel your reservation you can do so online or by calling (407) 939-3463.

If you are planning on visiting Chef Mickey's I would strongly recommend making Advanced Dining Reservations as this is an extremely popular Dining Location.  Advanced Dining Reservations can be made online or by calling (407) 939-1947 up to 180 days in advance.

I hope you have a fantastic time at Walt Disney World Resort, Margarita.  Please let us know if you have any other questions, we are always happy to help.
