    I created an account to purchase my Disney tickets and got my email confirmation with my ticket. How can I link the Barcode to the ticket to my My Disney Experience App? It won't let me.

    Thank you for visiting us today with an excellent question. We are thrilled to assist you as you plan your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

    Linking theme park tickets to your Disney account is important to give you access to Disney Parks Pass reservations, which are currently required for all Guests ages 3 and up. Although linking tickets to the My Disney Experience app is a simple process, I have already had issues in the past, so that is why I always use my computer. If you had no success linking tickets using the app, I recommend doing so online. Sign in to your Disney account and select Link Tickets under My Plans to enter the will call confirmation number sent to you by e-mail. If you still have issues linking your tickets, please contact (407) 939-4357 for assistance.

    Once tickets have been linked you can go ahead and make park reservations. You are welcome to view theme park reservation availability online before selecting dates and remember to connect to family and friends traveling with you to be able to add them to reservations. Upon arriving at the Walt Disney World Resort, pick up physical tickets at will call windows located at the entrance of all four theme parks, or stop by the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. Please note that you will have to present a government-issued photo ID, the voucher sent to your e-mail, and the credit card used for the purchase.
