While I’m usually a big fan of “double the everything” when I’m at the Walt Disney World Resort (two rides on
Space Mountain? Two Dole Whips? Yes, please!), having double the
My Disney Experience accounts is not nearly as fun. The good news is, I have had this exact thing happen before in My Disney Experience, and it was a quick fix. Let’s get you all set so you can focus on the fun!
What you’ll need to do is
call the friendly Cast Members at the My Disney Experience help desk. They can be reached at (407) 939-4357. You’ll be asked to share the email addresses associated with both accounts so that they can merge the two. This is important to do, because if you have a second account floating out there, you may experience issues down the road when you attempt to make reservations. As someone who has been there, I highly recommend making the call to get it straightened out as soon as possible so you can be sure you’re
linked correctly to your family and friends and ready to move on to the next stages of planning your super fun vacation.
The
My Disney Experience mobile app is an amazing tool for your Walt Disney World Resort visits, Pierce.
Mobile food and beverage ordering at Quick-Service dining locations is highly encouraged and makes ordering and picking up your food a snap. You can scan the app to check in to Table Service dining reservations, and it even works to open your resort hotel room door. Plus, the interactive map feature shows wait times, closest restrooms, and more. It’s like having your own personal Tinker Bell – just hopefully without the mischief!
