Disney Vacation Club Digital Membership Card, but I'm happy to offer a few suggestions to help you troubleshoot the issue –– that way, you'll be able to take advantage of all your Member Benefits during your upcoming stay!
First, let's talk about the basics of your new digital card. You won't find a place to download a separate Disney Vacation Club Membership Card in the My Disney Experience mobile app –– the
Disney MagicMobile Pass that you've downloaded will act as both your theme park admission and your DVC card from now on. The thing you'll want to keep in mind, though, is that while can download a pass for someone else, you won't be able to download two passes that will work as DVC cards using one My Disney Experience account. To download multiple cards, each Member will need to have their own, individual DVC account username and password, which can then be connected to an individual My Disney Experience account. Once that's done, you'll each be able to download your own Disney MagicMobile Pass/DVC Membership card from the My Disney Experience mobile app on your respective devices.
If you currently only have one login for your DVC account, don't worry –– it's easy to get the information you need to create a second account for another Member on your Membership. If you happen to have your original Membership documents handy, you should find an individual Club ID and Activation code for each Member. If you have this information, you can visit the DVC website, click "Sign In or Create Account" at the top of the page, and follow the onscreen prompts to input this information and create your account. However, if you don't have those documents available (or the information isn't included in your documents), all you'll need to do is contact Member Services at (800) 800-9800 or use the new chat feature on the DVC website to request a new Club ID and Activation Code. Personally, I've had great luck getting a much faster response through the chat feature –– just be sure to have your Membership ID on hand so the Cast Member you chat with will be able to access your Membership information. Once you have your new Club ID and activation code, you'll be able to follow the same steps we talked about above to create your new account.
As for your issues with downloading multiple Disney MagicMobile passes, you should be able to download a pass for all the people on your Friends & Family list whose
plans you manage. This means that if a member of your traveling party has their own My Disney Experience account, they will need to download their own pass from the app on their device –– you won't be able to download a pass for them. If you still don't have the option to download a pass for a member of your party that you believe should be there, your best bet is probably to give the
My Disney Experience, MagicBand, and Magicband+ Line a call at (407) 939-4357 for further support for your specific issue.
