I use a cpap. What are the rules for water to fill the machine? It uses distilled water to run. I will be sailing on the Fantasy

    Hi Amanda,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for asking us a question.

I always say that some of the best nights of sleep that I’ve had in recent memory have been during my Disney Cruise Line vacations. I think it’s a combination of the REALLY comfortable beds that they have in each stateroom and the waves gently rocking me to sleep every night… clearly, I need to just live on a cruise ship!

I’m happy to say that you’ll be able to have a good night’s sleep too, because Disney Cruise Line will be able to accommodate your CPAP during your upcoming cruse aboard the beautiful Disney Fantasy. Plus, they’ll even be able to provide you with plenty of distilled water to be able to run your machine. All you need to do is fill out the Special Services form if you’re at least 60 days away from your cruise. If you aren’t, or if you forget to fill out the form, you can always visit the Guest Services Desk or ask your stateroom host or hostess for assistance.

Tip: I strongly recommend that you take your CPAP machine with you in your carry on suitcase, in case the ship’s Master Electrician wants to inspect it before you board. Please make sure that its plug is in good repair with no exposed wiring.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
