Ahoy there, E! Thanks for sailing my way here at planDisney with this important question that falls under the topic of "Know Before You Go Information!"
Currently, Disney Cruise Line continues to require all vaccine-eligible Guests (based on US eligibility requirements) to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, as defined by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), at the time of sailing. This is a requirement for all Guests (both US and international) ages five and older. At the time of your question, this information was updated on June 30th.
Part of that last update was a change to the pre-embarkation testing requirements for all Guests! Not only will you and your crew need to be fully vaccinated, but you will need to perform your pre-arrival testing no more than two days before your sail date. More information is available on the website, so I definitely suggest you review all the information under the "Top Things You Need to Know" section!
I can assure you that the dedication to health and safety at Disney Cruise Line has always been far beyond any other line I've sailed with. The fun, magic, wonder, and luxury of a Disney Cruise Line vacation is the thing that keeps us coming back over and over - and the constant cleaning and disinfecting we've noticed helps the
ships of the fleet sparkle even more!
Thank you so much for your question, E! I hope that you have the information you need now to continue planning an incredible, magical vacation! If you have any other questions as you begin sifting through
everything that is included in a Disney Cruise Line vacation, please drop me another line here at planDisney!
Until then, keep a weather eye on the horizon,
Andrew
