Hi there Zachary, and welcome to planDisney!
I'm so sorry to hear that your 2020 Walt Disney World Resort vacation had to be rescheduled, but how wonderful that you're finally heading to The Most Magical Place on Earth!
Although I cannot help you make the reservation, I'm happy to point you in the right direction to begin the process of redeeming your credit. To verify whether or not you have a valid
theme park ticket credit, you'll want to log in to your
My Disney Experience account and under 'My Plans' select 'Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker'. That's where you should see any unused tickets listed. There's even a chance you might be able to manually update the date of your tickets right there. Keep in mind that if there is a price difference between your previous dates and the new dates you select, you may have to pay a little more when finalizing the changes.
In my experience,
Disney Resort hotel reservations that were canceled in 2020 had any deposits refunded, but if you feel there should be additional credit on your account or have issues locating the tickets on your account, I suggest
reaching out to a Cast Member for assistance. When you call, I would also have any confirmation emails from your original reservation and cancellation handy.
Because Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, and Disney Vacation Club properties are different entities, theme park tickets and vacation packages are not transferable between them, but I can assure you that with so much
magical news announced for Walt Disney World Resort in 2024, you'll be glad they aren't!
I hope this was helpful, Zachary! If you have any additional questions as you plan your return to the magic, feel free to stop back by.
I'm always happy to help!
Thinking Happy Thoughts,
Lizzie
