What COVID 19 screening test is required in Disneyland? The rapid test or PCR?

Greetings Space Ranger and welcome to planDisney!

I’m Shantel and I will be more than help you reach Star Command. Buckle up, and let’s get ready to fall with style!

Ruth, the State of California strongly recommends that all Guests be fully vaccinated or obtain a negative COVID-19 test before entering the Disneyland Resort. Since it is strongly recommended, how you test or when you test, is completely up to you! Many of my friends will test at the location closest to them and use whatever is offered there. Again, it’s based on your preference!

I can’t believe your trip is right around the corner! Have the most magical visit during the merriest time! If there’s anything else you need, you know where to find us!

Hi ya Pals! I'm Shantel from Arizona. I am a mom of two and a military wife. I grew up going to the parks, and now we're sharing that tradition with our kids. When I am not visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, I'm at home researching and planning for our next trip! One of my favorite things to do is search for new snacks to try, especially if they are Mickey shaped. I'm definitely living the dream my heart wished for! I cannot wait to answer your questions and help make your vacation even more magical! Learn More About Shantel
