Tram from OH Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

i have covid how do i reschedule or request a refund?

    Hello Tram! Welcome to planDisney!

I’m so sorry that you are ill and unable to make your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World! These are unprecedented times, and Walt Disney World understands that. Therefore, they’ve made it easier than ever to make cancellations and changes to your plans. The best way to accomplish this will be to call Disney Reservations directly via telephone. Currently, Disney-imposed change fees on canceled or rescheduled Disney Vacation Packages are waived up to the day of check-in, so do not delay! You can see more details on this and many other policies in place on the Know Before You Go pages.

Tram, the Disney magic you know and love will be there waiting for you when you feel better and ready to experience it. Right now, please take care of yourself! I suggest curling up in bed, cueing up some classics on Disney+, and settling in with a warm mug of tea! May I recommend the latest Disney/PIXAR animated movie, Soul? It is a simply breathtaking tale about one man's search for meaning and purpose.

When you are ready to resume planning, please know that we are here for you, Tram, ready to help those Disney dreams come true! Please come back and see us again very soon!

    Be well,
    Clara
