While there's a lot of magical Disney knowledge here at planDisney, this is definitely something that you'll want to ask a Cast Member about.
Calling and speaking to a Cast Member from the Existing Tickets line is probably your best bet, and is what I would do if I were in your shoes. Even though these aren't technically Theme Park Tickets, they should be able to get to the bottom of it.
Unused
tickets usually do retain some value that can be applied to new purchases, but these aren't tickets, and the new
Disney Genie+ Service would be the closest "replacement" - I'm really interested to hEAR what, if anything, you're able to use them for! Kathleen, just keep in mind that there are different terms and conditions associated with various tickets and add-ons, so I'm not making any promises here. Before you call, I recommend trying to find any documentation related to this original purchase. It might be helpful, and it doesn't hurt to be prepared!
