    Before COVID, photo ops with characters were relatively easy to get--just find one and ask to take a picture. How has this changed nowadays?

    Your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth is just in time for Holidays at the Disneyland Resort! Decorations started popping up this week and I have a feeling that this year’s festivities will be better than ever! During Mickey and Minnie’s time off for the holidays last year, they got new Christmas outfits that they can’t wait to share with everyone for this year’s holiday season. 
     
    I love taking pictures of the Characters whenever I visit Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. In my opinion, the new character interactions in both parks are better than ever. There are no lines to wait in and you can just walk right up to the area where they are at and talk to them, take pictures of them or my favorite thing to do is snap a selfie with them! Some of the characters are in areas that are high and out of reach but there are some that you can be just a few feet away from. It all depends where they want to hang out for the day. Some of my favorite areas to catch them at is the Main Street U.S.A. Train Station or in front of Carthay Circle by the fountain inside Disney California Adventure park.
