    Because of COVID-19 Omicron, I can't travel. Due to the changed quarantine policy, I couldn't come to Korea after visiting the U.S. I have already read the refund regulations, but I ask if it is possible to apply a more flexible refund regulation

    I am so sorry you are not able to travel to the Disneyland Resort because of Korea's new COVID-19 restrictions. Please know Mickey Mouse and his pals are going to miss you very much, but they are looking forward to the day they will be able to see YOU in person! Unfortunately, I am not able to speak directly about the Disneyland Resort refund policies. If you have specific questions regarding your Disneyland Theme Park Tickets, my recommendation would be to call (714) 781-4636 and speak to a Cast Member in Ticket Services for assistance. If you have questions regarding a Disneyland Resort Vacation Package, please call (714) 520-5060 for further assistance.
