I am so sorry to hear that you have not been able to use your Theme Park Tickets because of Covid, hopefully the borders will re-open shortly and we will be able to head back to the Happiest Place on Earth!
You are absolutely correct, Michele. The value of any fully unused Theme Park Tickets may be used toward the purchase of a new Theme Park Admission when the time comes for you to travel again. While you may not see the credit or even the expired Theme Park Tickets in your account, a Cast Member should be able to assist with the purchase of your new Theme Park tickets by calling
Ticket Services. I tend to worry, so I do recommend making sure you have a paper copy of your Ticket Numbers or Confirmation number prior to the expiry date, just in case. The number may come in handy down the road.
