My cousin mentioned a meal with Toy Story characters. I can't figure out what she is talking about. I thought maybe PizzaPlanet, but she said she made a reservation. Any ideas? I want to know, but I also hate for them to be disappointed, if she's mistaken.

Hi Jennifer! I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. This must have popped into my queue just as I left to drive down to Walt Disney World!  I had to be in the Magic Kingdom this morning so I thought I would confirm my thoughts about your question.

Guest Services did agree that there isn't a character dining experience with any of the Toy Story Characters on property.  You can meet and greet them in Hollywood Studios just across the walkway from the attraction, Toy Story Mania. This is actually a super spot to see your favorites and although you can't dine with them you do get a great opportunity to get autographs and photographs.  Occasionally you can see the army men around the park as well.

I too hate to disappoint but it is better to come knowing the facts then to arrive and be disappointed in such a magical place.  Maybe she can find another character dining opportunity to make a reservation for during her stay..  If you need anything else I am here now to get answers right from the mouse!
