Oogie Boogie Bash is a special event ticket, so you will need to purchase this ticket separately from a regular
Disneyland Theme Park Ticket. For this year (2021), Oogie Boogie Bash tickets were available to Guests in July. What you could do is put a reminder on your July 2022 calendar to look and see if these SPOOK-tacular tickets will become available at that time. I can tell you that these tickets sold out VERY quickly this year, so I would not waste any time purchasing them when Mickey Mouse and his pals make them available for Guests to purchase.
