My cousin and her fiancé have their annual passes on one account in the my Disney experience app and when I try to add them to my family and friends list it will only add one of them. How do I get the other pass added?

Welcome to planDisney Ivy, thank you for swinging by planDisney.

Planning visits with family to the Walt Disney World Resort is always an exciting time. Having your group ready to go is important so your day can flow magically throughout whichever parks you decide to visit. So let’s get you connected!

When you and your sister are together next this will be super easy. You will want to start by opening your My Disney Experience App and heading to your “Family & Friends List” to make sure you have her listed in your list. You will then want to go to the section to add a guest. You can search for those other names by using the “search connected guests” option. Here you will be able to link her fiancé’s name to your list. If for some reason you are not able to link to her connected guests you will want her to make sure she has the “Share my List.” This option allows you to gain access to those individuals being managed by your sister in this case. Once that has been switched on her account you should be able to visit the same “search for connected guests” option and her fiancé should show up. If you continue to have issues feel free to call for assistance by phone and use the My Disney Experience phone number.

If you were lucky enough to have visited in the past with your sister as children I have a fun activity for you. Try and locate any pictures you may have from the last and recreate the picture and maybe even the look. I do this with my family at Magic Kingdom Park on Dumbo the Flying Elephant before it takes flight. It is a tradition we make sure we continue year after year. And looking back at the pictures is always fun

I hope this information helps to make your tech woes dissipate. If you need any other technology tips or planning advice revisit planDisney.com anytime.

    Have a magical day,
