    My cousin and I booked our WDW holiday via our Australian travel agent earlier in the year but are travelling and staying at the Pop Century Resort Oct 16-25, 2011. Are we eligible for the special/bonus offer running during the time of stay?

    Hi Rochelle!

    I know this can vary, but in the instances where we booked through an agent, they were always able to get us the 'deals' that were available during our vacation dates.  I would absolutely call your Travel Agent and ask if there is any availability for those deals during your upcoming stay and ask them to change it for you.  Since the original reservation was booked through a Travel Agent, they'll be the point-of-contact for any changes that need to be made.
