We are going with 2 other couples. One couple for sure CAN'T afford to stay on the grounds. They are going to try to stay off grounds, but want to TRY to still experience it all. Suggestions on off grounds hotels and that maybe allow the magic hours etc...

    Hi Kelly!

Your friends should take a look at the Walt Disney World Value Resorts. Rooms in Disney's All-Star Resorts are the best bargains on site. Boldly themed with a fun, whimsical atmosphere these resorts have fabulous food courts and great pools. My personal favorite in Disney's All-Star Movies Resort with a three story tall Buzz Lightyear, Fantasia Pool, and star lights above the beds. Staying at one the WDW properties will allow your friends all the wonderful benefits of staying in the middle of the magic. Extra Magic Hours, charging privileges on a Key to the World Card, and complimentary transportation to and from the airport as well as within WDW while being so close to the parks is hard to top. Hotels not on Walt Disney World property are not owned by Disney and are unable to provide perks such as Extra Magic Hours.

Wishing you and your friends a wonderful time visiting Mickey!
