Hi there, Carolina,
My family and I enjoyed a marvelous New Year’s Eve celebration at the Disneyland Resort a few years ago. I love the magical memories we made as we rang in the new year from our
Disneyland Resort Hotel.
So far, there haven’t been any announcements made about special activities or parties like those that have been hosted in the past at
Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel to celebrate New Year’s Eve this December 31st. I recommend keeping an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog as well as the Disneyland Resort website for news of any upcoming events and offerings at the Disneyland Resort Hotels and the
Downtown Disney District. Specifically, you may wish to check the individual web pages for the several restaurants to watch for any announcements of celebratory menu items and/or special parties or activities.
There are a lot of
exciting changes happening at Paradise Pier Hotel as it makes its transition to become
Pixar Place Hotel. Later this year, Great Maple restaurant will open in the space formerly occupied by PCH Grill. When we visit the Disneyland Resort during the upcoming Holidays, I hope to enjoy the Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Maple Bacon Doughnuts at this modern American eatery. On the third-floor pool deck, hotel Guests can enjoy a spectacular view of the
fireworks at Disneyland Park on select nights. That will be a perfect location to enjoy New Year’s Eve fireworks.
When we stayed at the
Disneyland Hotel, we were mesmerized by an astonishing view of New Year’s Eve fireworks from our room in Adventure Tower. Not only could we watch the fireworks at Disneyland Park, but we also caught sight of the impressive pyrotechnics display presented at Disney California Adventure Park. Guests with Paradise Pier Hotel rooms overlooking
Paradise Gardens Park and
Pixar Pier would have an especially amazing view of that show.
However, you end up celebrating New Year’s Eve at the Disneyland Resort, I wish you an incredible 2024, Carolina. If you have any more questions as you look forward to a visit to The Happiest Place on Earth, I hope we hear from you again.
Happy New Year!
