    Hi! Just a couple weeks until we head to WDW using our DVC membership for the first time! I know about Garden Grocer website, but just stumbled across pre-order form on the dvcmember site directly from AKL. Seems cheaper than GG..any input on which to use?

    Hi Rebecca, 

    You will just love staying in the Animal Kingdom Villas!  The are so beautiful and exotic.  My family loves all the theming and space.  The villas here are some of the most spacious of all the DVC properties!  We usually buy groceries from the stores in the DVC resorts.  I know that www.gardengrocer.com is a wonderful website to order from and have more options available to you.  I find the store at the resort more than adequate although we tend to buy breakfast foods and snack and maybe just spaghetti.  If you want your kitchen stocked before you arrive, then I would order off the form on the DVC website.  You groceries will be delivered after 5 pm on the day of arrival.  Honestly, we will usually go to the store and get them ourselves as it is not a far walk, but I can see how it would be lovely to have food in the kitchen when you arrive!  You are going to have such a magical time staying in your DVC villa, Rebecca.  Welcome Home!
