hi :) a couple of questions... 1. Do you get towels at Disneys art of animation, little mermaid room? 2. Is it possible to hire a kettle for the room (we have a 8 month old who will need formula making) Thank you :)

    Hi, dear Laura!

Thank you so much for bringing your questions to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We love to help planners like you!

First of all, let me say that I'm super happy to know that you are staying at Disney's Art of Animation Resort. I fell in love with its vibe when I first visited it in 2018. It's so joyful and well-designed that you will feel overwhelmed with beauty. You will love it, and so will your baby!

You will receive bath and face towels in your Little Mermaid room, so there's no need to worry about that. And if you ever need extra towels, don't hesitate to call the fantastic Mousekeepers. They're always a call away!

Now let's get to that need for hot water! The original Little Mermaid rooms at Disney's Art of Animation Resort did not have coffee makers. Still, the newly refurbished rooms now offer a single-cup coffee maker by Cuisinart. These coffee makers can be used to heat water if you activate them without the coffee pads. While Cast Members cannot guarantee a renovated room for your family, I suggest that you give them a call and add this request as a note in your reservation. I have received my requested rooms a few times, so it's wise to let the Cast Members know that you would prefer a renovated room and let the Pixie Dust get to work!

If they can't accommodate you in a newly renovated room, though, you will be able to find hot water in the Landscape of Flavors food court. The coffee makers there offer a water-only outlet that will allow you to fill-up a thermal flask to take back to your room. How does that sound?

I hope that you and your baby have a wonderful time at the Walt Disney World Resort next February, Laura! If more questions pop up before your trip is here, please don't hesitate to come back to us. We love to help!

May the magic be with you,

    Julie
