I have a couple questions! 1. I know glass water bottles aren't allowed in the parks, but my bottle has a protective silicone sleeve on it so if it would be dropped it would not break. Do you think they would allow that?

    Hi Linda!

Staying hydrated while in the Walt Disney World parks and resorts is the most important thing to consider. This is especially true when visiting during the hotter and more humid months of the year.

Many guests bring their own water bottles into the parks. I know my own daughter has a favorite kind and she brings it everywhere she goes. Disney does have rules and restrictions for items coming into the parks. Please check the Restricted Item List. Glass is definitely on this list and although you have the protective covering for your bottle it could easily be taken from you at the front entrance.

It is very difficult to look at each situation individually as so many guests are going through the queues at one time. It would be beneficial to you that you possibly look for another type of bottle to bring into the park for your water. There are some amazing ones that keep the liquids cool for hours and do not contain glass.
