I have a couple family members that moved to CA for work a year ago and have their own apartment in LA. Her husband got a CA ID, but she hasn’t gotten one yet. What other documents can she show to utilize the SoCal Resident offer? bill statement?

Hi Joanne! Welcome back to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping by to send us another great question.

I bet you love having your family with you in California, and it's always more fun when you have someone else to go with you to The Happiest Place on Earth. If your family members want to take advantage of the Southern California Resident Ticket Offer, they must meet all of the eligibility requirements. The ticket offer is valid only for Southern California residents within zip codes 90000 to 93599. Proof of eligible residency, including a valid government-issued photo ID, is required for purchase and admission. Your family member who does not yet have a government-issued ID showing the eligible residency would need that. Unfortunately, a billing statement will not be accepted as proof of residency.

I hope you will be able to visit Disneyland soon with your family members. The 70th Anniversary Celebration begins on May 16th, and there will be so much to see and do! Paint the Night Parade, World of Color Happiness!, and so much more will be part of the pixie-dusted fun!

If you have more questions, please stop by planDisney again. We would love to help!

    Wishing you magic,
    Lisa
