Hello! I have a couple days available on an old non-expired park hopper. Is there is a place other than the ticket window where I can have the old passes re-activated? I'd like to avoid dealing with the chaos on the day of our park visit. Thanks :)

    Hi Sarah,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I recently experienced the exact same situation you describe in your question. I had a few days left on an old non-expiring park hopper ticket when I arrived at Epcot. When I approached the area where guests enter the park by scanning MagicBands against the touch points, I presented my ticket to the Cast Member who greeted me. She called a supervisor over to us and that supervisor scanned my old ticket and replaced it with a new one. The whole process took less than three minutes. They were well-prepared for the situation right there at the touch points. I hope you enjoy a similar experience as you use your ticket.

Wishing you many magical memories on your next trip,
    Jill
